Payroll Administrator Jobs

Description

Our central island client is seeking a seasoned Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their busy team. This role reports to the Controller and is responsible for the timely and accurate payroll processing for approximately 100 employees - hourly, salary, union and non-union.

Duties Will Include

 Ability to respond to inquiries regarding payroll, deductions and benefits, as well as reporting support.

 Process Payroll

 Prepare and enter journal entries.

 Reconcile payroll sub-ledgers to the general ledger

 Remitting payroll taxes, government reporting, benefit reporting and union reporting

 Ensure compliance with current government regulations

 Ensure compliance in accordance with Union Agreements

 Prepare and submit electronic ROE’s.

 Onboarding new staff

 Maintaining employee records

Requirements

If you have experience processing payroll for 100 or more employees as well as benefit administration duties and are a payroll professional, ideally with or working towards your PCP - we would love to share more information about this exciting opportunity.
