Operations Manager – Hush (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our supply chain, 3PL and home delivery operations and ensure that we are delivering high-value quality products in a timely fashion. Your work will be at the heart of everything we do for our customers.

In this role you will:

• Improve customer experience on any fulfillment related inquires.
• Organize and execute procurement plans.
• Support strategic functions of supply chain. Analyze, recommend and implement plans to improve process flows, optimize the utilization of resources and reduce operating costs.
• Take full responsibility for production and inbound logistics for Hush products.
• Measure and communicate progress towards a number of KPIs and work with the team to ensure these metrics are met.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with carriers and 3PL providers to ensure that they are operating in accordance with their service level agreements.
• Manage various projects to ensure key deadlines are met and high priority issues are resolved.

Qualifications

The qualifications and experience we like to see:

• University Graduate with a specialization in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in supply chain management.
• Ability to visualize key metrics into a formulized report.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Natural collaborator and team player.
• Exposure to logistics and optimizing outbound shipping and delivery.
• Exposure or experience with international logistics and or hard product development is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of financials and P&L.
• Highly organized and able to diligently track data and efficiently produce insights in organized and easy to digest ways for the company.
• Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to make judgments in uncertain and unstructured environments.
