Daily Responsibilities:

• Make sure applications are free of common coding vulnerabilities and follow common cyber security safeguards.
• Conduct unit tests and maintain data-driven programs.
• Proactively put forward ideas that speak to project objectives including development and testing practices.
• Creative thinker capable of proposing innovative ideas and solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during software operation.
• Develop detailed programming specifications and write/code accordingly.
• Translate intricate technical specifications into functional applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective team collaboration.

Foundational Competencies:

• Skilled in relational and hierarchical databases, query languages, and communication protocols.
• Experienced in structured methodologies for application development, design, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in programming, analysis, and specialized software support.
• Profound knowledge of programming languages, object-oriented development, and design patterns.
• Collaborate seamlessly with IT professionals across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Expertise in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Ability to gather information from various stakeholders and subject matter experts.

General Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Internet-ready applications and rapid application development.
• Experience in conducting design walkthrough sessions and creating, distributing, and interpreting documentation.
• Understanding of data security and privacy industry practices.
• Proficiency in reviewing, modifying, and debugging product installation scripts.
• Experience with middleware, gateways, and product installation scripts.
• Ability to offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Mandatory Development Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
• Skilled in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
• At least 3 years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on config and programming.
• Proficient in HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical and Presentation Models)
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts.
• Possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Siebel Test Automation is a plus.

Experience working in the Public Sector is considered an asset.

Must have at least 3 or more years of experience with Siebel and external integrations.
