Job Description
Title: Murex Developer


Fulltime


Location: Toronto (Hybrid)


We are setting up a team to deliver strategic and BAU objectives. The ideal candidate has the following skills:


Key Skills & Experience


  • Experience in implementing automated unit and regression testing
  • Experience in responsive and adaptive web design
  • Experience with Maven, Git/Stash, CI/CD workflows
  • Experience of integrating with feeds from trading platform - ideally Murex (or equivalent such as Calypso, Summit, etc).
  • Developer with experience of FI (Fixed Income) or FX (Foreign Exchange) derivative products and the risk and PnL calculation knowledge.
  • 7+ years of experience with front end development (in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Redux)
  • Experience in streaming data, WebSocket, HTTPS, REST API/endpoints


Highly Desirable


  • Core Java knowledge, JDK 11+, Scala, Functional Programming
  • Experience working with Solace, Hazelcast, ZeroMQ, Google ProtoBufs
