THE ROLE

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Onboard new clients, consultants, and projects.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
• Perform project management duties for internal projects to ensure completed on time and within budget.
• Managing hardware and software assets, configuring and maintaining systems and tools, and basic troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ensure that the office is organized and running efficiently at all times.
• Manage general finance-related activities such as AP/AR, and invoicing.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Manage HR admin tasks such as onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage all tools and software for the business

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with accounts payable and financial management.
• Experience with payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or others.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Min 5 years of experience in office management (consulting)
• Experience in a remote work environment is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience in project management
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
