Job Description
An international decorative manufacturer located in the heart of Lachine is looking for an office coordinator to join their dynamic team !
Permanent position
Located in Lachine
Schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9am to 4:30 pm 35 hours /week
Monday to Friday
100% on site
Salary 50-55k
Benefits after 3 months

Parking available
Your daily tasks:
Support the VP in his daily tasks such as :
  • Creation of the database: new customers, suppliers, items...
  • Entering purchase orders
  • Helping with accounting
  • Answering the phones, transferring the calls to the right departement
  • Coordonate deliveries with shipping
  • Processing emails, entering orders, quotes preparation, extending samples,
  • Management of office supplies
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of MS Office,
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Priority management, organized, interpersonal skills, creativity ....
  • Strong English oral and written
