⭐ Employer Information:
They innovate and implement tech and data products, for the Automotive industry, that connect with customers at any phase.
⭐ Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor the leads coming in for our clients on a regular basis and inform the team if there are any inconsistencies.
Check conversations and ensure that the interactive response with leads are accurate, and inform the team of any deviation.
Check for the Sent call reminders by our bot to the sales representative and the customer before the scheduled call in time.
Monitor that the scheduled calls are triggered at the specific time scheduled.
Check if the sales representatives are correctly assigned in the Leads section and Integrations for all active integration accounts/clients.
Update the sales representative contact details in KAI when it is created by the system using the information from integration (VIN, eleads, DealerSocket).
Other duties as assigned.
⭐ Primary Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in lead monitoring, lead generation, or a related field.
Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
