We are seeking an entry-level Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. This is a remote position based in Canada, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, as well as provide excellent customer service
• Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, and conduct research as needed
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes during meetings
• Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized
• Support other departments as needed, such as HR, accounting, and marketing
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required
