Job Description
The Office Assistant is integral in supporting the firm's success by supplying administrative services to our Partners in a highly collaborative, fast-paced and service-oriented organization. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, supply excellent customer service, have a high degree of self-confidence and executive presence, and the ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy in all interactions.
What You’ll Do As Our Office Assistant
Responsible for various administrative tasks related to final processing steps of both paper and electronic tax filings
Ensuring finished tax documents are sent to clients via software tools/client portal (Canopy)
Setting up e-signature requests and saving files properly in software; scanning relevant documents into software tool (Canopy)
Finalize document mailings (via certified mail) and make daily trips to post office
Taking regular direction from Team Lead and carrying out necessary tasks to meet the needs of the above
Communicating with clients when necessary to meet the needs of the above
This is a Full-Time seasonal position that will be Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) from now through April 20th, 2023. Then again with he same hours August 2023 through October 2023.
