Job Description
Our client is a proven transportation and logistics organization, with over 50 years of experience and 1300 locations globally. Their Canadian operations are currently thriving within the rapidly growing transportation and logistics industry, with more than 800+ employees nationwide. They are now expanding their Canadian team and looking for a National Account Manager to help them grow their enterprise-level account base in Western Cana.


Role: National Account Manager


  • Regularly travelling between Manitoba and Vancouver to strategically connect with key decision-makers
  • Communicating effectively with customers to answer questions, recommend products, generate estimates & proposals, and negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Connecting with large-sized organizations in the Distribution, Manufacturing, CPG, and Food and Beverage industries
  • Focusing on managing a book of Key Accounts and prospecting for new clients; the role will being with a focus on new client acquisition as you build out your book of business
  • Engaging in strategic and consultative sales and communicating with VP-Level and C-Level decision makers
  • Managing complex sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from 500k to 2M+, employing strategic and consultative selling techniques
About You:


  • Executive presence and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Previous experience working as a National Account Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to provide strategic solutions to client challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
