Job Description

The individual in this role loves supporting, executing, and even conceptualizing marketing initiatives. Their focus is on Greenwin’s corporate and residential brands. This person loves marketing, communications and and all things digital. They’re an energetic, analytic, curious change-maker who supports Greenwin’s award-winning Marketing and Communications team with strong organizational and planning skills to help move the company forward and make an impact on strategic initiatives.

Each day will bring new adventures and opportunities. From supporting our online communities, including our customer services initiatives, to driving marketing ROI through the coordination and tracking of digital marketing campaigns, this role leverages our existing customer engagement tools to enhance and optimize the lead-to-lease experience and our overall digital footprint.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Support the Marketing team with planning and execution of events
  • Boost brand presence on digital recruitment platforms, including Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Leasing Manager on paid advertising and social media campaigns
  • Support all marketing-related functions within our digital environment (corporate website, microsites, Wordpress, Survey Monkey, Brandwatch, Canva, etc.) and non-digital environment (signage, notices, marketing collateral, etc.)
  • Conduct market surveys and mystery shops as required
  • Monitor brand’s reputation across all communities using social listening tools; field inquiries to appropriate departments and respond in real time
  • Ensure accuracy of Google My Business pages and social media channels
  • Research, compile, analyze and consolidate data, from various databases, for internal and external partners
  • Review and coordinate changes to marketing materials with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals among all key stakeholders; distribute minutes
  • Collaborate with Greenwin’s social media team’s activities
  • Manage the Greenwin general email account; field inquiries to appropriate departments and respond in real time

Who you are:

  • Experience in a client service role or in a marketing/communications function
  • Google AdWords including SEO/SEM/PPC
  • Experience working on multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with agencies
  • Willing to travel to support regional activations as needed
  • Non-traditional work hours when necessary (for events, launch parties, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to act as a liaison, work effectively, and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of core marketing and media channels (Digital, Social, Mass, CRM)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure they adhere to timelines
  • Digital-forward thinker who is customer-focused
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online design tools such as Canva
