Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Engagement (MCE) Manager, the Marketing and Customer Engagement Intern provides direct support to the MCE Team. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to BMW Group Financial Services (FS) campaign management support, support with system-based projects and event planning, preparation of presentations, and other admin related responsibilities.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
FS Campaign Support:
  • Meeting Minutes / campaign report summaries
  • Assisting in the email / secure message centre / letter approval process
  • Review brand/corporate identity, legal footers, links and copy alignment
  • HTML development support (internal and external, email/Secure Message Centre)
  • Editing HTMLs
  • Support with Customer emails / Secure Message Centre testing
FS Event Support:
  • General Event coordination from planning to on site coordination support
  • Estimate procurement from partner vendors
  • Retailer Communication support (bulletins, HTMLs, etc)
Support with system-based projects:
  • Ticket submissions
  • Project requirements documentation
  • Follow ups with stakeholders, approval support
  • Vendor inquiry management
Admin Support:
  • Translation request management support
  • Customer communication fulfillment
  • SAP Purchase Requisition / Invoicing
  • Ad-hoc reporting for Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Corporate and Brand Guidelines review support
  • Fulfillment of FS Merchandise to the Retailer Network
  • Imagery sourcing and audit support
  • PowerPoint Slides presentation support for FS departments
Qualification:
  • Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset
  • Current student or recent graduate, preferably with a business or marketing communications focus.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum one year experience within Marketing, Communications, Financial Services or Sales.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience
  • Siebel/Salesforce CRM System experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in HTML coding/creation
