• Hourly Rate of $22.95/hr from day 1, and premiums of $0.75 (Aft) or $0.85 (Ngt) with tiered hourly increases based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (E.g., $23.41/hr after probation to $24.79 after completing 2040 hours).

What is this role?

Specific Duties (but Not Limited To)

• Safety first approach for all tasks including reporting damaged machinery and equipment
• Operate warehouse machinery (Ride-along Walkie, Reach Truck and Counterbalance)
• Working in a temperature-controlled environment with company provided personal protective equipment and refrigerated gear
• Following quality standards outlined in Food Quality training program
• Paid training for all job tasks and requirements
• Handle goods that can weigh between 40 to 50 pounds
• Monitor and report inventory losses
• Perform physical job demands outlined in ergonomic training
• Ensure proper rotation of date code requirements
• Warehouse functions include: Picking, Receiving, Loading, Replenishment, etc.

What You Need To Join Our Team

• Ability to operate a walkie or reach truck is an asset
• Basic ability to communicate in English
• Must be able to work three (3) 8 hour shifts per week and be available on weekends
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
