Part Time Equipment Operator – 10-20 hrs per week

Responsible for informing management of any maintenance issues regarding the equipment, common areas, and the general warehouse area.

Required to plan some aspects of your own work according to priorities set by management.

Required to acquire certification to operate material handling equipment.

Requires basic reading and arithmetic skills and command of the English language.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Maintains general cleanliness of all common areas, and other areas as assigned according to company standards.

Critical thinking, self-motivation, and time management skills.

Attend to video/sensor signals transmitted to the Video Management Software (VMS) by applying established procedures.

Periodically verify VMS equipment and notify management of any issues, concerns with equipment.

Other affiliated duties related to the position or upon request from management.

Excellent customer service skills required with the ability to resolve conflict and problems. Be able to manage difficult customer situations.

Data entry including customer account maintenance.

An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered

Successful completion of a secondary school diploma combined with one (1) year related experience

Strong customer service focus with point of sale experience

Minimum Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12).

Preferred Post-Secondary: Related education in: emergency telecommunications, public administration, health sciences or health informatics are considered an asset.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Must demonstrate active listening skills

Must possess intermediate to advanced experience in the operation of CRM computer software or applications

Must be confidential and tactful in the access and use of highly sensitive medical information.

Paid Training and certifications of Walkie and Reach truck.

Ensure proper rotation of date code requirements

Paid training for all job tasks and requirements

Previous warehouse experience is an asset

Maintain knowledge of customers who have Special Account status.

Preparing a package description by accurately keying required information fields.

Check completed work for errors and accuracy of information submitted.

Ability to describe product in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to read and comprehend product information.

Grade 12 and two (2) year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Exterior groundskeeping- the daily removal of litter from all property parking lots, sidewalks, entranceways, and outparcel buildings.

Daily removal of trash bags from exterior waste receptacles

Communicate openly with management about concerns regarding processes, equipment, software and/or employee issues and inventory needs

Has education or work experience in the Graphic Arts and/or Printing field

Complete special projects when assigned or given by the Production Manager or Team Lead

Alternative responsibilities may be added

Strong mathematical and technical skills.

Has 1-2 years experience in the print industry
