Recruiter- Part Time

Ultimately, this role is responsible for providing both candidates and clients a professional and positive experience with Prodigy Personnel._*\*Starting part-time with lots of room for flexibility and growth!\**_*ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:** Answering phones in a professional and positive manner* Responding to any concerns, requests or inquiries via in person, phone, email and text* Completing candidate pre-screening process by contacting applicants, scheduling registration appointments, administering candidate testing and conducting interviews via in person and phone* Creating and managing job postings* Making outgoing recruiting calls for open client orders* Filling clients open positions with qualified and skilled candidates* May be required to conduct on-site check-ins for individuals starting work at a client site if necessary* Must be comfortable travelling to neighbouring branches or client sites if required *(transportation is required)** All other duties as required*QUALIFICATIONS:** Proficient with MS Office Software (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and take initiative* Must be comfortable working in an office alone and in a team environment* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Must have own transportationWage: $17Shift: Wed to Friday 9am to 5pm*MUST HAVE CAR TO TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITES- not suitable for Students.*Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: From $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 per weekSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Morning shiftApplication question(s):* Do you have your own vehicle to get to work and to client sites?* Are you flexible to come to Brantford if need be?Work Location: In personExpected start date: 2023-08-25
