Human Resources Manager Jobs

Our client is seeking an HR Manager that is available to work in office and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will nurture a positive working environment and will focus on developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

The responsibilities of the HR Manager are as follows but not limited to:

• Negotiating with unions and other labour organizations
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Training new employees and working with department heads to create training programs
• Using surveys and other methods to keep track of employee morale
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Reviewing performance evaluations and other reports
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Answering questions from employees, and recording and investigating complaints when needed
• Developing programs to increase morale, such as bonuses or top performer rewards

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• People oriented and results driven
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager for minimum 2+ years
