Hotel General Manager - Urgent!

We are in search of a dynamic General Manager to lead our hotel who possesses the following qualities:

• Excitement to oversee several departments, including hotel, food and beverage, and operations, in a high-volume environment with ease.
• A strong interest in staying abreast of the latest food and beverage trends, as well as developments in the lifestyle hotel and cultural industries, whether locally or globally.

• An experienced hospitality leader with a background in the hotel, sales, and restaurant property management. You should thrive in a hands-on role.

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following minimum qualifications:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in cross-functional hotel and hospitality management, serving as a General Manager overseeing multiple hotel, food, and beverage, and operations departments in a high-volume or seasonal peak environment.
• A post-secondary education in Hotel or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of building, retaining, and managing a large high-performing team of hospitality and operations professionals, consisting of 100 or more employees.
