Five years experience in hospitality or customer service

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Manage the HR functions of the hotel by managing turnover, recruitment and motivating employees, focusing on employee development and retention.

·Perform additional duties assigned by Head Office and liaise with Hotel Management.

·Education Required: University/College graduate or equivalent experience in Hospitality

• Work alongside the revenue manager to set and exceed revenue targets

• Meet and exceed the expectations of the employees by utilizing leadership skills and motivation

• Minimum of 3-5 years in the hospitality industry as a General Manager or Assistant General

A post-secondary education in Hotel or Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
