Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Thorough knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the guest experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and other stakeholders at all levels.

A deep understanding of luxury hospitality and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service throughout the hotel.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to resolve challenges promptly and maintain a seamless operation.

Manage all aspects of our staff including hiring, training, supervision, performance management, termination and performance review

Bachelor’s degree or university degree in hotel management or a related field

The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service

Maintaining positive relationships with the management company and clients

Implementing procedures as they relate to cost control and inventory management

Minimum five years experience in managing a hotel with a clear track record
