As a Graduate Business Development Assistant, you’ll initially be responsible for:

• Meeting and engaging with potential customers
• Client representation on a face-to-face basis
• Face-to-face marketing, sales and customer service
• Setting up of branded events across the Vancouver region
• Living our commitment to providing awesome service every day
• Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture

Once you’ve been able to produce consistent results in the initial stage, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading by example and teaching others the ropes
• Overseeing short-term business trips and remote campaigns
• Assisting with the growth and recruitment strategies
• Hosting in-house training workshops and conference calls
• Territory management and sales forecasting

Graduates will typically bring the following to the table:
