Job Title: Marketing and Video Content Specialist: India Expansion Project

Stoic Beauty is looking to expand to the digital marketplace in India and is looking to hire a contract position for this exciting business development project. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until we find the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with Stoic Beauty Skincare in India.
2. Create high-quality video content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and advertisements, while maintaining brand consistency.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for all video content production, including planning, scripting, directing, filming, and editing.
4. Stay updated on skincare trends and consumer behavior in India to identify opportunities for product promotions and content creation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and video content strategies with overall brand objectives.
6. Analyze campaign performance and audience insights to optimize video content and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies, videographers, and influencers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.
8. Coordinate and participate in video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment management.
9. Research and implement new video production techniques, technologies, and trends to enhance the brand's visual storytelling capabilities.
10. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing. Additional certifications in video editing/directing would be advantageous.
2. Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in marketing and video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in directing and editing.
3. Familiarity with skincare trends and consumer preferences in the Indian market. Ideal candidate would have work experience with a skincare brand from India.
4. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience in working with video production equipment.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling content strategies. Ability to execute on marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
6. Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
7. Ideal candidate has influencer relationships.
8. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
11. Passion for skincare and a belief in the values and philosophy of Stoic Beauty Skincare.

Salary Range:

$70-85K and comprehensive health benefits.
