Work with the PI and Project Manager to revise the project work plan as needed to achieve project deliverables.

Assist with the administration of intervention evaluation, including data entry and analysis of evaluation data .

Assist with the training of community-based facilitators to support program.

Maintain program fidelity during delivery in multiple sites.

Effectively run and maintain the program facilitation and evaluation functions of the project.

Manage the administration of the Performance Management process through Dayforce

Develop and update training materials and content to provide effective performance management conversations and step by step process guides

Conduct audits of performance management forms & goals and modify process, training and communications as required

Support other performance management projects as they arise

Familiarity with performance management and employee development concepts.

Create resources to optimize manager efficiency and support inclusive leadership

Co-facilitate onboarding sessions as needed, providing a fresh perspective on the new hire experience

·Strong leadership skills evidenced by the ability to guide and manage the work of others.

·Experience creating strategic marketing content (website, videos, podcasts, social media, newsletters, marketing materials) and other communication activities.

·Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information through the use of sound judgment and political acumen.

·Knowledge of current research and best practices in communications.

Reporting to the Director of Engagement, The Engagement Specialists key responsibilities are:

Experience in program coordination and/or project management, including the marketing and promotion of projects or programs.

A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Finance discipline.

Accounting/Finance professional designation (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, CA, CFA, or equivalent).

Manage brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery

Have a minimum of 15 years' experience

Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate marketing/advertising or similar environment

Have proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role

Have demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.

Provide track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies

Maintain expert-level knowledge of CanadaHelps products and services.

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in selling to small and medium-sized businesses.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
