Client Engagement Specialist Jobs

Our vision is to become #1 in our segment, and the mission that fuels our passion is to inspire people to stand out, to speak up, and to be radically authentic.We help our clients uncover what their personal brand actually is and express it through words. Our writers then ghostwrite content, our web developers build personal websites, and our podcast management partners help clients launch and manage podcasts.

We have clients in North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia, and Africa & we are growing our agency through a zero-employee model. All of our team members (spread out globally) are freelancers and contractors. The one thing they have in common despite cultural and geographic differences? Their passion for delighting customers and immaculate professionalism.

We are now expanding our support team and are looking for a Client Engagement Specialistwho will:

• Review news, trends, and research in verticals of your client portfolio
• Conduct bi-monthly interviews with clients for articles to be ghostwritten by our team of writers
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure project follow and timeliness of deliverables
• Lead monthly one-on-one meetings with clients to discuss their thought leadership

What we need you to bring to the table:

• Extraverted personality and mindset rooted in curiosity
• Professionalism in everything that you do
• Experience working with C-level executives or seasoned entrepreneurs, ideally interviewing them or leading meetings
• Passion for delighting customers and providing an incredible level of experience to them at all time
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, commit to effortless internal communication

This is a freelance role with an approximate starting commitment of 30 hours per month and will grow in proportion to your availability. All work is performed virtually.
