Must have strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

This role is also accountable for the management of budgets, timelines, and workload

Manage relationships with regional Travel Management Companies (TMC) and travel suppliers

Provide active operational management from end-to-end fulfillment to policy creation/maintenance, supplier management, compliance reporting and traveler support

Deliver incremental cost savings through sourcing activities and demand management

5+ years of supplier management expertise

Manage second level escalations on behalf of business travelers and travel suppliers

Manage travel policies, global reporting & scorecards

Minimum of ten years experience in an events/project management environment, experience delivering international events is strongly preferred.

Vendor management/outsourcing experience, experience with international vendors strongly preferred.

Experience of team management and oversight, including performance management

Oversee Global Management Team (GMT) requests, working with their EAs to proactively build the schedule for the year

Regular management and oversight of team activities, including reviewing proposals, documents and key communications created by the team

Annual performance management of certain team members

Ability to work with incomplete data and drive conclusions and recommendations to senior management.

Working knowledge of SAP Finance Modules.

Assist in budget development cycles. Set, monitor and allocate budgets in coordination with the business and Finance.

Provide Downstream Finance community advice on technical accounting issues.

A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Finance discipline.

Accounting/Finance professional designation (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, CA, CFA, or equivalent).

Familiarity with basic business process management activities (process mapping, improvement, implementation, etc.)

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of payroll tax changes and rules; utilize all available data and resources to make and support complex decisions

Support other teams, including Customer Success and Finance as a payroll subject matter expert

Demonstrable working knowledge of annual wage bases, employee and employer taxes, and accrual rules

Execute day-to-day operations for Justworks’ payroll system, such as processing and reviewing customer payroll and handling corrections

Monitor payments processing, triage and resolve incoming payroll related issues

· Understanding and experience with business continuity requirements and implementations.

· Strong knowledge and experience in IT/Operational practices.

· Experience working in a culturally diverse environment.

· Significant working experience with Windows based server infrastructures.

· Proficient in endpoint support in a Microsoft Windows managed environment.

· Working experience with implementation life cycles, methodologies, tools, and practices.

Strong collaboration with Lab Operations, Program Management and Finance teams for contract level analysis

Distribute contract budget and progress to Lab operations and Program Managers.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analysis or relevant scientific field

Previous experience with a Contract Research Organization (CRO), clinical lab or related pharma industry a plus

Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerBI

Excellent skills and mindset to develop analysis and reporting to generate meaningful insights to drive profitability and resource allocation decisions

Work with Finance and Sales leaders to build sales incentive programs.

4-7 years of experience working in sales, business or marketing operations, as well as 2+ years experience leading a team.

Startup and/or SaaS experience strongly preferred.

Someone with strong technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Someone who loves to solve complex problems, work cross-functionally, and build consensus using data, experience and proven best practices.

Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers.

Experience with an ERP System, Product Management Software and CRM Software preferred

Goal Oriented – Ability to focus on timebound and critical standard processes and meet stakeholder requirements

1-3 Years related work experience required, Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred

Knowledge of the Chinese language will be an asset

Coordinate and participate in video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment management.

Manage relationships with external agencies, videographers, and influencers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.

Research and implement new video production techniques, technologies, and trends to enhance the brand's visual storytelling capabilities.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing. Additional certifications in video editing/directing would be advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Project Management mindset and familiarity with organizational tools and process.

Assist in standard internal communication processes and routines to help drive organizational consistency and branded experience.

7+ years of work experience in ticketing and support industry.

Skilled in Excel and comfort with large data sets and modelling

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Drive accountability and adoption of projects across the vertical teams as projects launch and mature.

Process knowledge and experience in scheduling, resource allocation, risk management and systems design.

Experienced with vendor communication and management

Builds and maintains a strong working relationship with peers and management within the business lines.

Relevant capital markets knowledge and experience (existing systems and new technologies).

Apply modern technology to new operational requirements

Manage multiple small and large projects concurrently with IT spend between $2MM and $30MM

Excellent financial management skills: specialized skills and experiences may be required relative to operations/process excellence.

Prior knowledge and/or experience with budget, portfolio management, and demand management processes

Utilizing strong relationship management skills, you’ll build relationships and networks with leadership and clients of GFS

Experience with Work in Progress (WIP) management, Billing and Accounts Receivable
