• Address any finishing-related issues or deficiencies promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to secure timely delivery of finishing materials.
• Liaise with project stakeholders and maintain open communication throughout the finishing phase.
• Manage and coordinate all finishing activities for townhouse developments.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Keep detailed records of finishing progress and materials usage.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality completion of finishing work, including cabinetry, flooring, painting, and other interior elements.

The Successful Applicant

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch finishes.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Finishing Superintendent in townhouse development projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate finishing trades effectively.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with subcontractors and team members.

What's on Offer
Our client offers a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, along with a monthly car allowance of $800. In addition to the financial compensation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the successful completion of exceptional townhouse projects in the vibrant city of Cambridge.
