Job Description

Responsibilities

National Homes is seeking a full time High-Rise Site Supervisor/Superintendent living in West End GTA. With a focus on safety, schedule, quality of work etc. The candidate must be able work well in a team setting and be a team leader on-site. The candidate has experience working closely with Project Mangers, Consultants, Sub-trades, and Client representatives.

  • Phase 1 of the project will h ave an 8 Story Mid-Rise Condo and 36 Stacked Towns

Qualifications

  • Experience with Cast in Place as well as Stick Framing
  • Mustreside in the West side of GTA
  • Minimum 10 years experience as a site supervisor
  • Completion of a minimum of 3 full project cycles: Shoring to occupancy
