Experience with multiple full-cycle new developments (Steel, Formwork, Concrete, Finishing, etc.)

Prepares weekly work plans and scheduling including \ determining manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements

Manages materials including some purchasing

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a Site Superintendent.

3 additional years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand

Previous experience on Ministry of Transportation projects

Previous bridge structure or concrete construction/demolition experience

Experience with contract and subcontract management.

Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of 2 years of construction site superintendent experience with a heavy focus on ICI building construction.

Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental protection practices and procedures as they apply to common construction processes.

Experience in ICI building construction is essential.

Communicate scope of work requirements to foremen, review production, quality, and contract compliance, and ensure implementation

Site Supervisor experience or other related experience of 3-5 years on large-scale projects

Manage and coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure that all systems and equipment are installed and functioning properly.

In-depth knowledge of low-rise construction methods, materials, and best practices.
