About Our Client
Our client is an established design build general contractor, dedicated to serving private sector clients in their commercial and industrial building construction needs. The organization prides itself on timely and high quality project delivery, and provides employees with an excellent culture, environment, and remuneration package. Due to current project growth, the organization is looking to secure a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Manage the day to day site operations for a commercial building project
  • Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times
  • Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate, schedule and manage all sub trades on site
  • All other duties as required

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • 10-20 years of building construction experience in the GTA or ON market with specific project experience overseeing multiple commercial renovation, demolition, and/or general construction projects
  • Team oriented mentality
  • Excellent track record of delivering projects on schedule and on budget
  • Strong leadership, technical construction, and software / technology skills
  • Strong network of local trades; strong on site safety record

Upcoming project is 1.5 years in duration, based in Kingston, ON. Accommodations / expenses will be covered for candidates coming from outside the Kingston area.
