Who you are:

You are a dynamic, self-driven and flexible site leader. You love working with a diverse group of individuals and have great interpersonal and communication skills. As an experienced Site Superintendent, you not only love taking on responsibility for all site activities, but you also take great pride in exceeding expectations.

You have a demonstrated ability managing residential construction sites (including single and multi-family projects) from start to finish. You have experience with MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Projects. You embrace technology (we love it!) and are not afraid to learn a new program or find a way to use technology more efficiently.

You want to make a difference in your career and your community.

In your role as Site Superintendent, you assume full responsibility of site construction (don’t worry, you will have a full team that will support you along the way), including:

· Quality Control

· Reporting and Site Administration
