About Our Client
As a High-Rise Superintendent, you will play a vital role in overseeing the construction of our new developments, primarily focusing on projects up to 12 stories in height.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Travel to the London region may be required
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare progress reports and participate in project meetings.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence on-site.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and supervise the construction of high-rise developments, primarily up to 12 stories, from start to finish.
  • Oversee on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.

The Successful Applicant
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and prioritize tasks.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-rise construction, with a focus on new developments up to 12 stories.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing construction projects within the specified scope.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of high-rise construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
