With existing and future multi-phase communities located north of the GTA, our team is growing and we are looking for a General Superintendent to work with our talented construction site team and trade partners to consistently deliver best-in-class quality homes as scheduled. General Superintendent In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing all site-related homebuilding activities for our low-rise and townhome communities.
This is a key position on our team that requires a thoughtful, professional approach to ensure we consistently build high-quality homes in a timely fashion.

• Solid working knowledge of Tarion’s Construction Performance Guidelines.
• Deep understanding of Part 9 of the OBC.
• Min 10+ years of direct experience supervising residential low-rise construction at both the rough and finish stages of construction.
• Strong academic post-secondary achievement at the Undergraduate or Graduate level.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an eye for spotting errors and issues at any stage of construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 Applications.
• Excellent communication skills both written (via email) or oral.
