About Our Client
Our client is a well known low-rise Home Builder in the Greater Toronto Area with a large pipeline of new build developments throughout the GTA. Their continued growth has created a new opportunity for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a full cycle site development of Single Detached, Semi-detached and Townhomes.

  • Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress
  • Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed
  • Creating, Monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed and provide updates to the Project Manager/Senior Management as required

  • Have a thorough, hands-on working knowledge of Building Codes
The Successful Applicant
  • 5-8+ years experience in construction as a Site Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle low rise residential projects a must
  • A degree / diploma in a relevant construction discipline is preferred
  • Strong team player with a solutions focused mindset and ability to understand sophisticated ways
  • Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
What's On Offer
Salary $120,000 - $140,000 based on level of experience.
