About Our Client
We are seeking an experienced ICI Superintendent to join our client's team in the GTA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 full cycle institutional builds, ideally in the community center, arena or municipal building realm, and be able to oversee all aspects of the construction process.

• Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring that they are meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
• Oversee the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are being followed on the job site.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and other team members.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with them.

The Successful Applicant

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• At least 3 full cycle institutional builds, ideally in the community center, arena or municipal building realm.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Experience with managing budgets and schedules.
• A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field is preferred.

What's on Offer
