About Our Client
Our client is a reputable real estate development company specializing in low-rise residential projects. . We are currently seeking an experienced Low-Rise Finishing Superintendent to join their team and oversee the finishing stages of our upcoming projectsin Cambridge.

As the Low-Rise Finishing Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the finishing stages of our 3-storey townhome projects in Cambridge. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for construction and a strong track record in finishing, we want to hear from you.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades involved in the finishing stages.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets related to finishing materials, labor, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and interior designers to ensure specifications and design intent are accurately implemented.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and address any deficiencies or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and oversee all finishing activities for 3-storey townhome projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

The Successful Applicant
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in low-rise residential construction, with a focus on finishing stages, preferably in the development of 3-storey townhomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage subcontractors and trades.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
