About Our Client
Our client is a leading real estate development company specializing in low-rise residential projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Low-Rise Superintendent to join their team and contribute to the development of our upcoming 3-storey townhome project in Cambridge.

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design modifications or changes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution of the project.
• Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and senior management.
• Manage and coordinate all construction activities for the 3-storey townhome project from start to finish.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring they are met within budget and quality parameters.

The Successful Applicant

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and handle challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• 10-15 years of experience in low-rise residential construction, with a focus on the full cycle development of 3-storey townhomes.
