As the Engineering Coordinator your duties include:

• Clearly conveying expectations to field crews on how to treat vehicles/tools
• Schedule management
• Understanding expectations and producing results on productivity, quality, safety, costs
• Weekly meetings with local and district teams
• Hiring, managing and coordinating field teams

You should have the following experience:

• Current Safety Certificates would be a plus
• Engineering degree or experience a huge plus
• 3+ years working as an operations leader.
• Project Management experience would be an asset.
