Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management focus on an automated manufacturing environment.

Skills to manage internal and external teams.

Capture internal requirements and establish the associated specification documents.

Vast experience in warehouse automation, Manufacturing Automation, quality control systems, Safety standards, continual improvement, Robotics, PLCs, and Networks.

Rigor and strong organizational skills.

Skilled communicator, with strong teamwork values.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills are required; Ability to identify critical paths and execute (these may change weekly);

Involvement with senior management both internally and externally

Manage and lead piloting and roadmap build for scale of material handling systems that enable capacity and productivity improvements.

Education – Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Master's degree preferred

Strong AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio, and MS PowerPoint experience;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Generate daily sort performance report.

Diploma or certificate in applicable technical specialty - Required

Working toward or obtained Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred

Strong project management skills, including the use of Microsoft Project or other Project Management Software. Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.

Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Engineering, Land Development and/or Construction activities.

The ability to bring structure and organizational skills to lifecycle of all projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A comprehensive knowledge of relevant municipal regulations.

Civil3D proficiency and Land Development Engineering experience will be considered an asset.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, in an automated manufacturing environment.

Skills to manage internal and external teams.

Experience managing automation projects for packaging, assembly or other relevant experience.

Rigor and strong organizational skills.

Skilled communicator, with strong teamwork values.

Minimum 2-3 years of Project Management experience is required

PMP or similar project management training certification or working towards one is highly desirable

Task prioritization & time management skill

Work closely with WMS & IT engineers to manage testing / implementation, IT scope, budget & change management

Support Project Manager with local coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information

Support Project Manager with sub-projects, coordinate on-site tasks with resources & equipment

Project Management experience would be an asset.

Engineering degree or experience a huge plus

You should have the following experience:

Weekly meetings with local and district teams

Understanding expectations and producing results on productivity, quality, safety, costs

Hiring, managing and coordinating field teams

Presenting solutions and costing to senior management to for approvals

Analyzing and understanding customer’s technical requirements

Managing a proposal development team including ATS subject matter experts

Developing concepts for custom automation solutions

Understanding, defining, and managing technical risk

Sourcing and managing “best-in-class” third party suppliers through the proposal phase

You have experience using project management software.

Assist engineering managers with tracking various projects and production orders, providing support as required.

Create and maintain files for managers, tracking orders and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

You have a high school diploma or relevant equivalent experience.

You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or a related field.

You possess excellent organizational and team spirit skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
