Manufacturing Engineering Manager Jobs

This role will focus on managing an engineering team through the development and studies of workplace inefficiencies. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills and be excited to develop an effective team.

Compensation & Hours:

·The rate of pay will be $90K-$130K

·This is a full-time, permanent position

·Day shift (7am-4pm)

Position Summary:

·Overseeing the analyzation of production costs, budget expenditures, and shipment invoices to ensure accuracy

·Developing new manufacturing processes and procedures in collaboration with all stages of production

·Managing creation, implementation, and approval of SOP’s as required by recommendations for innovations

·Conducting studies to gain insight into industrial health and safety and other standard practices within production

·Approving plans for standard product lines, custom machinery designs, and in-house part requirements

·Scheduling of multiple projects simultaneously to ensure full crew engagement and productivity

·Determining issues within design and production processes in order to determine and implement creative and effective solutions

·Interpreting drawings through a 3D lens to visualize and identify area’s for improvement or inefficiency

Required Qualifications:

·5+ years experience in manufacturing management

·Strong work ethic and code of conduct when in the workplace

·Developed interpersonal skills for effective speaking and writing

·Ability to safely lift 30lbs

·Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems

·Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
