Guide department managers in development of labor usage strategies to better utilize resources.

Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination for Plant Operation, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Scheduling, and Special Projects.

Must have a valid forklift license to move material across the production floor.

Responsible to lead continuous improvement teams and/or Kaizen events

Responsible to investigate assembly and manufacturing related problems and ensure the problem is resolved.

Plumbing, steam fitting, HVAC, and electrical experience

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical principles

Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions

Monitor and implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
