About The Role

Reporting

The Structures Technician, Manufacturing reports directly to the Manufacturing Lead.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure all tools and equipment being utilized meet calibration and storage requirements for the assigned manufacturing work.
• Cut, form, drill and rivet aluminum and other materials.
• Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
• Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager on all production requirements for the assigned manufacturing work.
• Sign manufacturing travelers and work orders for work accomplished - completely and accurately.
• Promote company values, vision and mission.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes performed are carried out to a high level of quality.

Qualifications

• Possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant role. "S" license considered an asset but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

Experience

• Previous experience with Quantum considered an asset.
• Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft sheet metal experience preferred.
