Previous management experience in manufacturing

Responsible to develop and control work instructions and procedures for the assembly and test of equipment.

Responsible to plan and implement new production areas with emphasis on lean manufacturing practices.

Responsible to lead continuous improvement teams and/or Kaizen events

Responsible to investigate assembly and manufacturing related problems and ensure the problem is resolved.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in the manufacturing area

Experience in product development is an asset

Ensure continuous improvement of current processes to meet manufacturing target and exceed them.

Responsible for the development of the MBOM, BOP and the creation of the needed routings in the relevant systems (TC, D365..).

Responsible for the development and the release of all manufacturing documents (PFMEA, Process Flow charts, Work Instructions, Control plans,

Responsible to support and deliver new manufacturing technologies to improve competiveness and project profitability.

Strong project management skills related to leading equipment installation and refurbishment

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or other technical degree, or comparable education with additional experience is required

You have a proven track record in change management including ability to manage diverse personalities, cultures and behaviors

7 to 10 years of related experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Strong project management skills, including the use of Microsoft Project or other Project Management Software. Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.

Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Engineering, Land Development and/or Construction activities.

The ability to bring structure and organizational skills to lifecycle of all projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A comprehensive knowledge of relevant municipal regulations.

Civil3D proficiency and Land Development Engineering experience will be considered an asset.

Minimum 2-3 years of Project Management experience is required

PMP or similar project management training certification or working towards one is highly desirable
