Experience with Time Cycle Diagrams and Man / Machine Charts

Creation and management of job budgets.

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or manufacturing engineer/specialist in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Nuclear is an asset but not a requirement.

Experience with Primavera P6 or other scheduling software is an asset but not a requirement.

Create and manage P6 Schedule to reflect accurate timelines and resource profiles for all T Part Projects.

Assist manufacturing team leads and project managers in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule including resource planning and costs.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

Assists manager in coordinating and maintaining a production schedule. Produces production reports and prepares daily presentations.

Trains workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Knowledge of basic manufacturing plant operations.

Responsible and accountable to lead, manage, and support all staff within the department.

Meets all department objectives as set out by Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

At least 5 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing

Drive improvement in scrap reduction, OEE attainment, and cost saving initiatives

Support new business quotes for manufacturing assembly process.

Develops and implements new processes and procedures, as needed to support changing business demands.

Management of Job Knowledge Requirements program, time-studies, routing, and maintain work instruction updates

Lead all aspects of annual capex (plan/spec, source, vendor negotiations, project management, installation/commissioning)

Strong domain knowledge and demonstrated experience in industrial automation in a configured to order manufacturing environment.

Develop best practices, streamline processes and product variation while also benefits overall cost and lead times

15+ years of working experience working with engineering, manufacturing, and distribution operations in an industrial environment

Strong lean manufacturing experience, demonstrated through implementing successful projects that impact SQDIC (safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost)

Manufacturing knowledge and / or experience is an asset

Liaise with Regional Sales Managers as required.

Any other duties as required by the Sales Office Manager.
