Quotation Coordinator - Manufacturing

Adecco is currently hiring a permanent full-time Quotations Coordinator to work for a well establish company and global leader in the manufacturing industry in North York, ON.

In this role you will expediently and accurately processes daily proposals and quotations while maintaining the integrity of the quotations database for reports generation. This role requires at least 1 year experience preparing quotations with clear communication and attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Updates quotation records and maintains supply of documentation and drawings.
• Liaise with Regional Sales Managers as required.
• Provides pricing and prepares quotations.
• Reads carefully each Request for Quotation and discuss with RSMs as necessary.
• Any other duties as required by the Sales Office Manager.
• Prepares pricing sheets, draft quotations, and final quotations, following established procedures.
• Relieves other sales support staff during vacations and periods of absenteeism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be able to work without close supervision.
• Computer literate.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• University or College Degree in Business, International Trade or a related field of study.
• Manufacturing knowledge and / or experience is an asset
• Must be well organized, able to express thoughts clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Must have keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a closely structured working environment.
