Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners
We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and eager individuals who want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities on a part-time basis. This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations and events throughout the GTA area. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a free in-home consultation.
Primary Responsibilities

• Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products
• Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
• Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals
• Gather information for appointment setting purposes

Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation (Required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager
• Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours
• Outgoing Personality/ Ability to drive a conversation
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions

Compensation And Benefits

• Part-time schedule
• $16.50/hr (http://16.0.0.50/hr) ., including bonus structure
• Mileage reimbursement
