Responsibilities:

• Lastly, you'll be expected to perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
• You'll utilize your expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment while sharing knowledge with other maintenance personnel.
• Maintaining a spare parts inventory, adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards, and keeping a clean and orderly work area are essential aspects of the role.
• You'll be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities and reporting the results.
• With a mindset focused on optimizing operational efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs), you'll contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Responding promptly to production calls and ensuring operational equipment is crucial for smooth production runs.
• As a Millwright, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe operation, maximum operating time, and serviceability of equipment to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are necessary.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and drawings is required.
• Experience in performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment is essential.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts is required.
• You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within an industrial environment.
• A valid Licensed Industrial Millwright license (433A) is a must.
• Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office applications, is expected.
