What You Will Be Doing
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the bidding, project management from start to finish, and collaboration between owners, contractors, shop, admin, and the field.

• Prepare all submittals including; shop drawings, engineering, product data sheets, and physical samples.
• Establish clear parameters in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, general contractors, architects, and team.
• Conduct site and shop inspections, and oversee quality control.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to create and refine product designs.
• Order all materials and follow up on delivery lead times on a daily/weekly basis
• Prepare material take-off lists including; panel materials, sub-girt systems, insulation, membrane, fastening, etc.

What You Bring To The Table

• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specs
• A firm understanding of construction and architectural structure
• People and Project Management skills and experience in manufacturing preferably in the metal industry
