Post-graduate environmental management certificate or equivalent would be an asset

Entry level to five years of experience with IEQ and/or HAZ work experience considered an asset.

One to four years of experience working in an industrial or heavy civil setting.

Extensive experience with 2-D and 3-D drafting software; AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D.

Strong interpersonal skills including communications, collaboration, and teamwork.

3-5+ Years of experience working in Electronics Product Testing, Qualification, Validation or Design.

Strong knowledge and comfort level working with computer systems, and skilled at resolving problems when working with computers.

Perform product programming of firmware/software based on customer or product requirements.

Hand soldering SMT & through-hole components(Training will be provided, previous experience soldering under a microscope would be an asset)

Experience with mechanical assembly of products following an assembly drawing.

Experience working in an ISO 9000/9001 or AS9100D or workplace

Supports physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular ailments.

Detects irregularities while monitoring all cardiac tests and reports to attending physicians immediately.

Responsible for ensuring patient identification, safety, and preparation are correct prior to testing while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Ensures all quality control assessments are performed as required.

Work in accordance with related policies, health and safety legislation, and best practices

Follows procedures for proper equipment maintenance are completed in accordance with department standards.

Knowledge of basic transportation infrastructure planning roadway management design materials operation construction maintenance and preservation

Engineering consultants and developers to ensure City standards and requirements are met Monitor manage and conduct data for operational programs.

Ability to acquire and apply knowledge of City policies and procedures and legislative and regulatory requirements

Skill to manage budget and evaluate progress and quality of projects programs contracts and operations

Manage projects work programs and budgets including contract administration

Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply engineering practices principles theories computations analyses and statistics

An educational background in Building Code 2018 or a Multi-family development course. Foundational knowledge is always helpful!

2+ years of demonstrated experience in building technology including wood frame, multi-family residential projects in BC.

2+ years of experience producing drawings through Revit is a must.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to review project statistics.

People and Project Management skills and experience in manufacturing preferably in the metal industry
