5 – 8 years of experience in a supervisory, role preferably in a food manufacturing setting

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Responsible for standards on food safety, regulations, compliance and ensuring a safe working environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) with at least 5-10 years relevant design and project management experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills and experience collaborating with all levels of the organization.

Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified requirements.

Works within all regulatory requirements.

Gather and document project requirements.

Manage project scope, cost and schedule.

Creation and management of job budgets.

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or manufacturing engineer/specialist in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in Nuclear is an asset but not a requirement.

Experience with Primavera P6 or other scheduling software is an asset but not a requirement.

Create and manage P6 Schedule to reflect accurate timelines and resource profiles for all T Part Projects.

Assist manufacturing team leads and project managers in developing and maintaining a project baseline schedule including resource planning and costs.

Minimum of 10 years of experience estimating similar products in a similar organization.

Proficient knowledge of industry best practices. Ability to prioritize activities, adapt to change, and stay focused in a dynamic environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Support, participate in, and help drive company's health & safety program, safety awareness, and safety targets.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the nuclear industry (manufacturing, engineering, or construction)

3+ years of relevant leadership experience (preferably leadership of cross-functional teams)

Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations.
