5+ years of relevant work experience

Experience supporting manufacture, including disposition of hardware non-conformances.

Responsible for the delivery of key initiatives within Platform Engineering, leading small to medium size teams as required.

Support discussions and meetings with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and management and collect and update data for internal client databases

Reviewing project staffing requirements and coordinate staffing with supporting functional organization managers and/or subcontractors;

Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field

1-3 years’ experience in a technical field (product, design, drafting)

Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications and imaging applications

Have Project Management experience would be an asset

Propose equipment modification, based on 1. existing failure analysis, 2. Improving customer experience, 3. Improving Safety

Solve straight forward problems, analyze possible solutions using acquired experience and judgment

Have experience (or interest) in Reliability

Have CAD software experience (AutoCAD, CATIA V5)

Post-secondary education or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management is preferred but not required

Experience in scheduling software (Microsoft Project is preferred) and construction management software (Hard Dollar and Viewpoint) would be an asset

Review, audit, and correct incoming cost and schedule data for all assigned projects

Provide consolidated internal and external financial reports in accordance with defined timelines.

Monitoring project cashflow and generating/reviewing invoices for submittal to clients.

Review project contracts and ensure compliance for all cost and scheduling data

Experience in Project Management is preferred, specifically with the Agile approach

With guidance from engineering management is able to Analyze QFD FEA FMEA DOE VA/VE and DFM/DFA as required

Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from accredited university

Proficient with word processing spreadsheet and database applications

Previous manufacturing, continuous improvement experience and Knowledge of eQCMS will be considered an asset

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analyzing complex data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Ability to work under minimal supervision while taking direction from experienced colleagues.

Autocad experience is an asset

Good knowledge in Object Oriented development in C++.

Working knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as Rhino or Blender.

Knowledge of Teamcenter is an asset.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interact with technical experts to understand the needs of the technology and product development teams for AR/VR technologies.

Participate in the evolution of employer's roadmap for AR/VR technologies in Research & Technology (R&T) and product development.

Strong project management skills, including the use of Microsoft Project or other Project Management Software. Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.

Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Engineering, Land Development and/or Construction activities.

The ability to bring structure and organizational skills to lifecycle of all projects.

A comprehensive knowledge of relevant municipal regulations.

Civil3D proficiency and Land Development Engineering experience will be considered an asset.

Minimum 2-3 years of Project Management experience is required

You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Operations and logistics management, Continuous improvement or equivalent.

You have knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to upper management.

You have at least 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

You have training and experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
