Contract Duration: Up to 9 Months
Are you passionate about Ecommerce and excited for digital transformation? Reporting to the Ecommerce Product Manager, you will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business requirements for key systems and customer experience enhancements for the Marketing & Digital division and strategic technology partners. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring IT and stakeholders understand business and customer needs, as well as overseeing the progress of LCBO website and mobile app development and testing.

About The Role

• Use creativity, curiosity, analysis, and critical thinking to solve for business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce business leads to determine project scope and vision.
• Review design specification documents, requirements and user stories for test case planning, writing and test execution.
• Defect management / Document test results and report findings to others in order to resolve issues.
• Map and document business processes, customer journeys, data flows.
• Document and manage business requirements and changes to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options.
• Collaborate with IT/Digital teams and other business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Digital commerce projects and initiatives.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis to identify trends and patterns from large data sets.

About You

• Creativity and critical thinking to solve customer-centric problems with innovative and thoughtful solutions for the end user – thinks outside of the box.
• Advanced knowledge and experience working with cloud applications/software- Sales, Order Management, Content Management (CMS) and Customer Management (CRM), acquired through formal education and/or progressively responsible experience in systems/platform development.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and project collaboration using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong relationship management, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Solid understanding of Ecommerce business processes and experience with Ecommerce platforms.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information/Creative Technology, User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design, or related program or experience.
• IIBA certification is an asset.
